Smurfit Kappa and WestRock Complete Merger to Form Smurfit WestRock

We are pleased to announce that the merger between Smurfit Kappa and WestRock has been successfully completed, and the newly formed company, Smurfit WestRock, will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) starting July 8.
